Machine Learning is a system that can learn from example through selfimprovement and without being explicitly coded by programmer. Machine learning combines data with statistical tools to predict an output. This output is then used by corporate to makes actionable insights. it gives the computer that which makes it more similar to humans: The ability to learn. Machine learning is also used for a variety of task like fraud detection, predictive maintenance, portfolio optimization, automatize task and so on
In this workshop plant leaf DNA would be isolated following CTAB method. Genomic DNA would be purified by using the DNA purified column (Qiagen). Purified DNA would be quantified by Nanodrop. Purity of DNA would be estimated by using agarose gel electrophoresis. DNA would be amplified by the using gene specific primers and DNA amplification kit (Fermentas). Amplified DNA would be again estimated by agarose gel electrophoresis. In this workshop students would get hands on training for the molecular biology by using standard protocol. At the end of training students would get gel documented photographs of amplified DNA.
