Legal Aid Committee of Faculty of Juridical Sciences (Law), Rama University, Kanpur organized a legal awareness camp-“JAGRUK NAGRIK BANE” at Panki Railway Station, Kanpur on 13/11/2019 keeping in view the esteemed survey relating to cleanliness. The main objective of the event was to raise awareness among passengers to always travel with ticket and ensure the cleanliness of the station premises. The participating students interacted with the passengers and people present at the station and urged them to travel with a valid and appropriate ticket for their destination. They were requested not to litter the platform and train with organic waste like fruit peels & inorganic wastes like polythene, plastic bottles, etc. and to use dustbin to dump any kind of wastage. They also requested people to take the cleanliness personally and ensure clean station premises, tracks, and trains.

People and the passengers along with the railway authorities present there showed their interest and appreciated the awareness campaign. The students participated in the event with energy, enthusiasm, dedication, and patriotism.
