About Rama University

Rama University, Kanpur is an educational endeavor of Rama Group. The university has been reckoned as one of the largest educational groups in Northern India. With highly experienced faculty and state-of-the-art facilities, the university is running PG and UG courses in various disciplines.  Rama University houses state-of-the-art Central Research Lab, Computer Centres, Moot Court, Auditoriums, Banking Facility; ATM, Postal and Telecom Facility, Sports (Indoor & Outdoor), congenial hostels, medical facilities, Conference Rooms, Legal Aid Clinic, Gymnasium, Central Library, etc. The Rama Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (RCIIE) is an initiative of the university to prepare and nurture the future entrepreneurs and start-ups.

Faculty of Commerce & Management

The Faculty of Commerce and Management, Rama University is known for its spirit of creativity and innovativeness. Soft skills training, grooming sessions, mock interviews are conducted to prepare the students for placements. Business plan competitions, sessions on start-ups, and frequent visit to incubation centres are carried out to promote entrepreneurship among the students. A team comprising of BBA (Digital Marketing) students won the Smart India Hackathon 2022 recently . For developing the skills of the students FCM has signed significant collaborations with (UNESCO(MGEIP); IIT, Kanpur; JARDS (Agri business agri clinic), HealthPrax (Germany) to promote improvement in research, skills training, entrepreneurship, soft skills, Peace and resilience among the students. Similarly MoUs have been signed for improving the research domain of its faculty members (Research Foundation of India); MoU with a prominent and one of the oldest College of University of Delhi (Mata Sundri College for Women) is in pipeline. These collaborations provide us with a cutting edge and the required competency in various domains.

FCM has a strong focus on Start-ups and Entrepreneurship. The students are provided hand hold support for improving their entrepreneurship skills. We are committed to develop a breed of youth who can initiate their own startups. A team of our BBA (DM) students won the Smart India Hackathon-2022.

We have a very strong interface with the industry so as to provide our students with the practical training and requisite skill set. This interface works on the basis of Industrial Tours, Expert Talks, and Workshops conducted by experts from the industry. These endeavors have resulted into 85% placement of our MBA graduates.

FCM offers UG and PG programs including BBA (Digital marketing), B. Com (Hon), MBA (Dual specialization), MBA (Agri Business Management), MBA (Hospital and Healthcare Management), MBA (Pharmaceutical Management), M.Com and PhD programmes in Management and Commerce. It is continuously engaged in research activities, responding to the problems of this region.

Guidelines

Paper Submission Guidelines The manuscript should be prepared in the following format

1 . Manuscript should be submitted APA format
2 . The first page of the manuscript should contain the title of the paper, name of the author(s), designation, qualification, phone, fax, e-mail and mailing address
3 . Abstract of not more than 250 words with 3-4 key words in the end of abstract, and it should contain Title Background, Methodology, Findings / Results. The contributor(s) should provide their name/s, affiliation, mailing address, Email and Phone number along with the Abstract.
4 . Final Paper words limited to 3000-6000 words, not exceeding 8 pages
5 . Font Type and Size: Times New Roman – 12 with single line spacing, 1.5-inch margin on both the sides, A4 size paper.
6 . Paper should be submitted in MS Word format
7 . All the diagrams and tables should be appropriately numbered and labeled
8 . Submission should be made in soft copy and should be sent to the following email address iccm@ramauniversiy.ac.in

• Abstract & full paper to be sent at iccm@ramauniversiy.ac.in
• Joint papers are accepted but all the authors should get separate registration
• Selected papers will be published in UGC CARE listed journal (APA to be borne by the author as per journal guidelines)
• Best 5 papers selected on the basis of anti-plagiarism will be published in International. Journal of Advanced Research in Commerce & Management (IJARCM - ISSN No. 2395- 0749)
