Industrial Visit To Dataman Computer Pvt. Ltd., Kanpur
Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized an industrial visit to software company, DATAMAN Computer Pvt. Ltd., Civil lines, Kanpur on 31 October 2015. Students of B.Tech. (CSE) III & IV and B.Tech. (IT) IV year have participated in this visit. Mr. Vishal Jain, ERP Developer and Mr. Sanjeev Jha told students about the software development life cycle, database management and other recent trends in software technology.
Students have seen the working environment of software development and how various modules of the real projects were carried out. Training and placement coordinator, Ms. Jasbeer Kaur and coordinator, Mr. Sarvesh Kumar (Asst.Prof.Computer Science Department) was present in this visit. Dr. Vivek Srivastava, Head of Computer Science & Engineering said that such type of industrial visit plays a crucial role for students in understanding the live projects and helpful for developing heuristics for designing a software project.
