Rama University Law Students Conduct Legal Awareness Programme for Women

On February 14, 2025, law students from Rama University, Kanpur, under the Free Legal Aid Club of the Faculty of Juridical Sciences, organized a Legal Awareness Programme aimed at educating women about their rights. The students interacted with the women and informed them about their human rights, special rights for women under the Indian Constitution, and provisions in various laws designed to protect and empower them.
The initiative focused on spreading awareness and ensuring that women understand their legal entitlements, thereby equipping them to seek justice and stand up for their rights. This programme was a significant step towards fostering legal literacy and empowerment in society.
