Rama University Collaborates with Labridge Company to Enhance Medical Lab Technology Training

Introduction: The Department of Medical Lab Technology at the Faculty of Paramedical Sciences, Rama University, Kanpur, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Labridge Company. This collaboration aims to enhance academic-industry partnerships, provide hands-on training, and create employment opportunities for students pursuing careers in medical laboratory technology.

Objectives of the MOU: The primary objectives of this MOU include:

1. Skill Development: To provide students with industry-relevant training and exposure to real-world laboratory practices.
2. Internship and Placement Opportunities: Ensuring students gain practical experience through internships and potential job placements.
3. Workshops and Seminars: Conducting expert-led training sessions, guest lectures, and workshops to keep students updated with the latest developments in medical laboratory sciences.
4. Research Collaboration: Encouraging joint research projects, knowledge exchange, and innovation in laboratory technology.
5. Faculty Development: Providing training programs for faculty members to stay updated with industry advancements and teaching methodologies.
