A Grand Start on 9th September
The university campus was brimming with excitement as the Deeksharambh Orientation Program commenced on 9th September. With happy faces, highly motivated students, and the blessings of esteemed dignitaries like the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Director, Dean of Academic & Planning, and Dean (R&D), the event kicked off with great fervour. An energetic session led by Mr. Amit Pandey, CEO of Orient Cables, set the tone for the days to come, infusing the students with enthusiasm and purpose.
Interactive Sessions with Industry Leaders on 10th and 11th September
The orientation program progressed further on 10th and 11th September, with students getting a rare opportunity to engage with leading personalities from various fields.
10th September: Insights on Innovation and Banking
On 10th September, Mr. Rahul Dixit, Founder Member and Director of Sangrah Innovations Pvt. Ltd., and Head of the Incubation Centre at CSJMU, delivered a powerful and inspiring session. His talk focused on innovation and his experiences in contributing to the success of major banks in the country. His words left the first-year students with a deeper understanding of the possibilities in the banking and innovation sectors.
11th September: The Spirit of Entrepreneurship
The following day, on 11th September, Mr. Bhuwan Bhatia, CEO of Flotaa Pvt. Ltd. (IIT Kanpur), took the stage. His address to the students ignited a spark of entrepreneurship, motivating them to pursue creative and entrepreneurial ventures. His journey as a successful entrepreneur served as an inspiring example for the budding minds in the audience.
Deeksha in Happiness: A Life Lesson from Prof. (Dr.) Vaishali Dhingra
Adding to the enriching experience, Prof. (Dr.) Vaishali Dhingra, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce & Management, delivered a session titled Happiness@Life. She shared valuable insights on living a happy and contented life, helping students understand the true essence of happiness beyond academic and professional achievements.
