Biochemistry Lab
The purpose of the Biochemistry lab is to introduce the experimental methods used in the research laboratory and to acquaint students with the properties of biomolecules such as amino acids, peptides, proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates. This course is intended to introduce students to some of the most widely used experimental procedures in biochemistry, including protein purification, qualitative and quantitative characterization of macromolecules and enzyme assays. Students will also gain some familiarity with some of the types of equipment frequently used in biochemistry. The biochemistry laboratory course, like all laboratory courses, is an exploration of procedures
Microbiology Lab
Microbiology included bacteriology, serology, Parasitology, mycobacterium tuberculosis and media preparation, immunology. In these respective labs, following tests are being considered as Widal, RA, CRP, HIV, HBS-Ag, and HCV, identifications of different parasites and fungus. The best and highlights of these labs are antibiotic sensitivity testing with the help of this; we come to know the disease and related drug also. As with aspect of results which are good and reliable to the patients. As per this schedule students are being taught in proper manner and with the healthy atmosphere. With this we care for each and every student and so that in future to become a good professional.
Pathology Lab
Pathology lab is well equipped with hematology analyzers and other instruments which are needed for routine blood test CBC etc. Here in, proper history is followed by p[roper testing, and for maintain good results and proficiency utmost care is taken. Students are taught in small groups and demonstration being done as taking of sample, performing of test and delivering reports, so that they pass out as good professionals.
Anatomy Lab
Anatomy is the basic essential science of medicine, laboratories of anatomy are those facilities equipped for carrying out such scientific experiments to understand the structures and functions of human bodies. Common laboratory units in the department of anatomy include anatomy museum, forensic anatomy lab, clinical embryology, and histology and histo-chemistry laboratory.
Physiology Lab
Physiology lab is an innovative facility that is dedicated to exploring the interaction of exercise and nutrition for improving health, chronic diseases and human performance. In this lab, students work with hemoglobin meter, sphygmomanometer, microscopes, BTCT test and blood group test etc.
Optometry Lab
The optometry lab is fully equipped with Snellens vision drum, Trial case, Streak retinoscope, Priestely smith plain mirror retinoscope, Model-i for retinoscopy and fundus exam practice, Slit lamp, optician ruler, Jackson cross cylinder, Ishihara colour vision chart and Edging machine. The lab has giving exposure and training of lens edging and fitting.
