Mrs. Kushwah came on board of Rama Education Society in 1995 with an objective to build and grow an institution. Through her tireless efforts, she has been able to build a group of institutions, which she calls her “family”. This family is now a growing number of 30,000 members that serves a community of over 10 lakh Indians.

Mrs. Kushwah has a very wide-ranging experience of management and she has headed many educational institutions & school, pharmaceutical manufacturing unit (and super specialty hospitals. In the past, she has played the role of the President for the Anant Educational Society (that runs secondary schools in UP) and also headed the entire product distribution chain of Roudolph Pharmaceuticals. She also happens to be the largest shareholder of Ram Medicare Ltd., a company that operates super specialty hospitals in three cities of Uttar Pradesh.

Currently, she is working on a few new projects in the Dairy foods and FMCG sectors that would soon offer new opportunities of careers and self-sustenance to rural and urban youths of Uttar Pradesh.

As the chief patron and mentor of Rama Education Society & Rama Group of Institutions, Mrs. Rama Kushwah has also been involved very actively in the philanthropic programs and charities to uplift society through education and social activities.

Actively leading various social activities, Mrs. Rama Kushwah has been organizing free healthcare camps in the rural areas of Kanpur and Hapur where government infrastructure is far and inadequate to provide these services to under privileged sections of the society. Going a step further, she has also been organizing distribution centers to donate food, clothes, medicines and other essential items.

Mrs. Kushwah has been a visionary and the guiding force being the growth of other institutions within the Rama Group. Under her guidance, the Group has seen expansion in education endeavors and the establishment of Rama University in 2014. Rama University offers undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, doctorate and diplomas in new streams as engineering, management, information technology, nursing, physiotherapy and paramedical courses.

Dr. Suraj's insights on the educational infrastructure, its solutions, and healthcare make him one of the country's leading visionaries. His beliefs on the basic Indian education system and its understanding through innovative ideas have won many hearts and drawn supporters both from the fraternity and the public.

As the Chief Managing Director of the Rama Education Society for over 16 years, Dr. Suraj has taken the company to great heights while ensuring that the roots are firmly grounded. Providing a wholesome education solution is continuously met through universities, colleges, and even schools across North India. The Rama Group, led by Dr. Suraj, simultaneously ventured into the healthcare sector and has established healthcare centers worldwide.

Over the years, Dr. Suraj has successfully built competitive learning and laid the foundations of many educational systems to cater to economic institutions.

Dr. Suraj is an able administrator known for his teamwork and excellent entrepreneurial abilities. His pragmatic vision with a hands-on approach has helped Rama Group grow multifold in a brief time.

Dr. Anu has taken upon her the responsibility to mentor and create such managers and currently leads a group of institutions that provide Diploma courses in engineering, pharmacy, healthcare and nursing to all India students.

Dr. Anu, being a practicing Endodontic professional, has a keen eye on the dental care services offered by her institutions. Under her guidance and aggressive leadership, the dental care services have seen an exponential growth of over 150% in the last fiscal year. She has introduced the range of Interventional Cardiology & Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Lakhanpur hospital, a teaching hospital of the Dental Faculty under the aegis of Rama University.

As the next generation of entrepreneurs, she brings a new wave of thinking and that reflects in the actions. As director and treasurer of various organizations, she is on the forefront of new age ideas and their implementation and this reflects in her management and leadership. She has recently ventured into real estate sector too, thereby creating new job opportunities in this vertical.

As a motivator and a true leader, she continues to mentor students and others, reminding them of their national responsibilities and inspires them to be good citizens and society members.

To improve the quality and efficiency of the paramedical services, offered by Rama Group of institutions, she merged the healthcare workers quality-training program with Universities Para Medical Care training programs thus creating a value education product for all.

Consistently working to improve the quality of services offered by the Para-medics, she works closely with the doctors and medical equipment manufacturers to improve the quality of healthcare resources used by the Para-medics in the Para-medical space.

Dr. Preeti has a keen sense of business acumen and works diligently to rationalize operational costs and optimize the expenditure so that the cost of medical care could be made affordable for every member of the society and local communities. Her leadership has helped the organization’s re-structure their internal processes that resulted in annual savings of over Rupees 58.2 million, in the last fiscal year, along with significant increase in capacity utilization.

After perfecting her education & business model in India, she now plans to take her university education offshore and expand her chain of Health Diagnostics and Special Medical Product Distribution overseas.

Dr. Preeti is actively involved in promoting social awareness and devotedly participates in events and camps organized from time-to-time by various group companies.
